Accidential Alarm

If you accidentally set off your alarm, call the monitoring station immediately at 1-866-247-2225. Please have your pass card with identification ready for the station operator.

Request Service

If your need to book service for your alarm system, call 1-800-272-0263. Service hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. For emergency after-hour service, call the switchboard and follow the instructions.
